KWR Residence is a residential project for 2 families, building 2 houses on the same piece of land ( Building 1 and Building 2 ), with shared garden space and running track for both families. For building 1, Privacy is highly concerned by the owner. As a result, the house's area was split into 2 buildings, joined together by a sky walk corridor. Making its zoning to be clearly separated between public and private space.
